Personal Consultation                                                        for those Living with Developmental Trauma 

During your Personal Consultation we will spend 45 minutes discusssing your history, symptoms, pressures, and triggers.  We will also review healing through a Regulation Focused Modality and the benefits.

All Personal Consultations are over Zoom.us.  We send out an invitation for you to join Zoom the day of your scheduled Personal Consultation.

I wish to receive a Personal Consultation with Stephen Terrell

I understand that Personal Consultations do not constitute psychotherapy and that I remain completely responsible-ethically and legally - for the decisions I make in my ongoing treatment.  Terrell will provide me with an opportunity to discuss myself and issues about which may have some effect on my life including defensive accomodations.

I understand that if I provide information about a situation regarding abuse of a child or elder abuse which Terrell has an ethical or legal obligation to report confidential information, he will inform me at the time and will give me the opportunity to make the report myself.

I prefer using Zoom.us because it is HIPPA compliant and protects your privacy as well as mine during the Personal Consultation. Be sure and download the free version for your use.

I do my best to connect at the time of your Personal Consultation. If I don’t, you are welcome to connect with me.

Personal Consultations are 45 minutes in length beginning at the time scheduled.

Pesonal Consultations are $300.00 USD.

This is your time, use it as you wish. Most find it useful to have lists about what they want to review during the Personal Consulation.

Even though Terrell may jot down notes during your Personal Consultation, all notes are destroyed at the end of the Personal Consultation and Terrell maintains no ongoing notes on Personal Consultation.

I look forward to connecting. If you need to cancel for any reason, please cancel a minimum of 24 hours CST to your session to prevent billing.  Full fee is charged for missed appointments or less than 24 hour notice.
