Cancellation Policy

Revised May 1, 2024 for all new and existing trainings.

Deposit

  • The required deposit for training is $150.00 due at time of registration.
    Deposit is required only for Module 1.
  • You are guaranteed space in subsequent modules.
  • Exceptions:
    • We do not require deposits for Experiential Groups.
    • $500.00 Deposit is required for all Intensive Treatment.

Payments

    • Early Registration discount ends 60 days before the start of the module.Full tuition payment is due by the Early Registration deadline in order to qualify for this discount.
    • Regular Registration rates take effect after Early Registration ends, even if the student has previously paid a deposit to hold their space.
    • Regular Registration amount takes effect, and full payment is due 14 days before the start of the module.No Refunds for registrations made within 14 days of start of module.
    • For online classes that include video recordings, tuition must be paid in full to receive access to any related videos. These will be distributed 3-4 weeks before the start of the module. After videos are distributed, no refunds are given for cancellation without exception

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Full refunds will be given if an applicant is denied acceptance into a training for any reason.
  • Full refunds will be given if a training is canceled by Austin Attachment and Counseling Center.
  • Full refunds will be given if cancelled within five (5) days after initial registration when payment is completed at least 14 days prior to start of module.
  • Students who cancel their registration after five (5) business days will be charged a $100 cancellation fee, until the Early Registration deadline.
  • Students who cancel their registration after the Early Registration deadline, and before the Final Payment deadline, will forfeit their deposit.
  • Students who cancel their registration after the Final Payment deadline OR after receiving video recordings for online classes (whichever is earlier), will NOT receive a refund of any amount.
  • Students who cancel their registration after the Final Payment deadline OR after receiving video recordings for online classes (whichever is earlier), will NOT receive a refund of any amount.
  • Students who miss portions of training will not recieve partial refunds.  

Training Transfer Policy

  • Tuition may be transferred to a new location of the same level at no charge if the request is made at least 14 days prior to the Skill Building Experience.
  • Students requesting a transfer after the release of the Lectures and Demo videos may transfer to a new location of the same level for a $100 transfer fee.
  • Transfers are not available for no‐shows or if the transfer request is made after 4pm CST the day before the Skill Building Experience.

How to Request a Training Refund or Transfer

  • All refund requests must be submitted via email to heather@austinattach.com within the above guidelines.  Email dates will be used to verify intent.
  • All refunds will be returned to your credit card or form of payment.
  • All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to heather@austinattach.com either 14 days in advance for no transfer fee or by 4pm Central Standard Time the day before the training starts for a $100 transfer fee.
